I borrowed the idea of the TEN program and applied it to the level 1 workouts I do, 10 minutes without breaks, when the timer rings I finish the set and the training ends :)
In this way the time is pre-established and I already know how long it will take me to do the whole workout and there are no imbalances between long or short workouts.
Feel Good Now Workout is a great mobility workout, to keep on my list of workouts to do regularly.
Hips & Glutes Stretch Workout replaces the single Malasana yoga position that I held for 5 min every day for a month, I want to see what works best for my back.

This week of training also went very well and I finished with a bang with a level 5 combat workout and yes... I had to increase the hook kicks to 20 per set because it bothered me that it was the only exercise with 10 repetitions :LOL:
I am continuing to watch the Latest DAREBEE Videos with great interest.
@Damer 's considerations always give me something to think about and something good always comes out of it to experiment with or refine in training.
Lately I've been mulling over a lot not only about how to train but above all about why, it's essential that the time and effort of training (which must always be fun) must take me where I want to go.
I realized, for example, that it is my training that allows me to attend a course like Muay Thai where the average age is half my age, have fun, train and socialize in a way that is good for me.
So the best answer I've found for now is that I train so I can continue doing all the things I like and give satisfaction without struggling :)

Rolling the dice to decide the repetitions to do for the minimalist strength program is working well, it takes away from my mind the power to decide the most challenging part (at least potentially) of the training but so as not to frustrate it too much then I let it choose the combat workouts to do :LOL:
The result is that I'm having fun, training well and varying much more than usual :)

I have also started an easy challenge and I will try to do a challenge every month in order to vary the training a little.
I'm also planning a training program on a quarterly basis, also including training in the gym, we'll see how it goes :LOL:

I'm still a little sore from the last Muay Thai training, we are doing the first half hour of strength training with weights at a fast pace and I suffer particularly in the joints and back so in light training I will decide what to do from time to time :)

Today my partner's 12 year old computer finally died.
We handled the emergency very well for two nerds who use laptops from when they get up in the morning to when they go to sleep at night :LOL:
But the afternoon training was skipped because I accompanied my partner on a tour of the best-stocked computer shops to get an idea of what to buy online :p
