Yesterday my wife prepared 3 pans of lentil lasagna and one of tiramisu, my favorite dessert. They were for today but... I couldn't resist and I tasted a pan of lasagna yesterday :LOL:
Today they will be even better because by resting for a day they will gain more flavour :)

Disturbing.
This morning, as usual, I did a quick roundup of local, national and international news. I only do this once a day, it's the maximum I can tolerate for bad news.
I read articles and finally watched part of the video in the Oval Office between Trump and Zelensky.
It was like watching an assault in the street without being able to do anything at all.
A public humiliation for a country like Ukraine that has been suffering for years from a cruel and unjust war.
For a European it is really difficult even to try to understand a president like Trump.
Disturbing.

The new challenge is definitely interesting :)

I've been experimenting with the new challenge, I'll alternate the lunge with the leg back straight and bent, always as low as possible, both versions of the exercise are interesting :)
