I really enjoyed my Muay Thai training last night, it was a really intense, technical-only workout that lasted an hour and a half.

Today before breakfast I fixed the kitchen sink. A pipe was leaking, so I had to go out and buy it, and I fixed everything. Now there are no more leaks.
And I finally got to enjoy my first tea of the day. :)

I so feel you here! Thank goodness I now have a little wagon. There were some gruesome hikes home back in the days when I had to carry everything on my back/in my arms.

I still have to climb a flight of stairs to carry my bags to the first floor, but otherwise I'm fortunate enough to be able to use my car whenever I want. Sometimes I take a backpack to the nearby supermarkets (just over a mile away), but only for light, last-minute shopping. :)

I was hesitant for years to get a subscription to a movie and TV streaming service, but I have to admit now that I have, it's really convenient.
In the evenings, my wife and I watch a TV show. Every day, either I decide what to watch or my wife does. The next day, it's the other's turn. This way, I've watched a lot of series I never would have considered (Korean dramas or comedies, for example) and I've discovered some gems.
We've done this with a lot of things in our relationship, and being in the middle has allowed us both to broaden our horizons. :)

:completed:Today I completed another 7-week training cycle at the gym. :)
Apart from the stumble with the Pistol Squats everything else went smoothly.
I wasn't able to do full Pistol Squats, but above all I realized that it's impossible to keep my back straight due to the type of movement and so in the end I got back pain.
No problem, there are many other interesting balance exercises you can do that cause less back pain. :LOL:

My Name, Business proposal, The Trauna Code, Love next door, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha these are just a few I've seen recently and liked. :)
Loved Business Proposal, that's one show I can play in the background while doing chores. If you're so inclined check Alice in Borderlands (J) and Memories of Alhambra (SK). They are game-based and a little, or a lot, on the heavy side. If you can find it,The Red Sleeve (SK) is a historical romance based on a true story and is just amazing. Guardian: The Lonely and Great God(SK) and A Korean Odyssey (SK) are fantasy romances. These 5 are series that I've watched more than once.

The best thing that came out of the Muay Thai course was the group of people I met, really nice people who are fun to laugh and joke with in class and who are nice to go out to dinner with every now and then.
Like last night we went to a medieval fantasy themed pub. :)
