I brought back the yoga sun salutation as the final stretch of the Darebee snack workout, in the end it is the best and most complete stretching I know.
I'll postpone the heavy club training until later, but things are going well for now. :)

I increased the kb weight for the warm up from 8 to 10kg and it went well, the final goal is 12kg but I'm in no hurry.
I have resumed classic strength exercises as the first exercise every workout (squat, bench press, deadlift with trap bar) and then I will have fun with some skills alternating with other exercises.
Today I had fun with pistol squats (preparation) and shrimp squats (always preparation).
If I have something stimulating to study and try I don't get bored and in fact I have fun learning new things. :)

My legs, especially my knees, feel great after yesterday's pistol squat workout, which is a great sign. :)

Yesterday the new training at the gym went well and I had fun but then in the afternoon while I was doing some light training and stretching I developed a small contracture under my left shoulder blade.
Nothing special, but I have to take it into account, so no Muay Thai tonight, I'll go to the gym tomorrow morning.
I'm getting pretty conservative with my training when I'm not feeling well. :P

Today at the gym I had fun alternating two-handed KB swings with 32kg and one-handed KB swings with 16kg, alternating hands, in a superset with push-ups, and it was fun and pleasantly challenging. :)

I'm feeling better today, but I also feel like I need to slow down a bit, so I'll embrace the March challenge, which is perfect for extra but very moderate exercise, and I'll keep up the mobility and stretching that are good for me. :)

I finished the Valkyrie program and I really enjoyed it, especially just looking at the training to be done and doing it only at lv 1 difficulty. :)
