Friday February 9th
Didn't feel well today. Woke up tired and felt so 'heavy'. Did my morning routine anyway. Then at work a colleague called in sick so I had to cover his tasks. That gave me also a morality dip, almost to crying. But I just did 1 thing at a time and I had actually a good day. Went home an hour early, because I didn't feel good (tired, headache..). I think it's just a bit too much. After a walk and eating dinner I felt good again. I hope I'll not get sick myself..
