Friday March 1st
I have a LOT of DOMS in my butt from the lunges.. I'll skip some things today

Saturday March 2nd
DOMS is still here.. Besides my run I didn't do any workout. But I walked twice from the parking lot to the city center, because I did some spontaneous purchase which was kind of backfired 😅 I was in the music shop and I bought the CD that they were playing in the shop. But I didn't know/realise, that the shop owner gave me the cover of the CD, and the CD itself was in their player. The plastic was also just around the cover, so it looked like it was a complete one. At home I discovered the CD wasn't there so had to go back..
▪️  Run 6.10 km trail. 162 m elevation gain

Sunday March 3rd
DOMS is better. I found a new program to start with tomorrow, the new one, Cardio&Abs.
I'll also try to do some yoga every evening.

Today it really feels like spring! I come home from work, and it was still light, so I rushed to the forest to catch the last 30 minutes daytime. It was so lovely!

I have fallen off the wagon again.. I don't feel well. I'm very tired. Last week I got pharyngitis, on Thursday I felt good again but on Friday my voice broke and it's still gone.
I think it's the result of too much work stress over too much time. My body is hitting an emergency break.
My manager doesn't seem to underdstand, he just said that I might need a coach because I tend to wire up myself. He forgets that the total workload is that of 2 employees instead of only my own. That's the problem. I need him to say 'hey Nancy, you're sick so just call in sick, no need to hit rock bottom and be sick for months instead of days. Take care of yourself'. Not add a coach to my already not fitting work schedule.

I hope spring will bring me some energy and positivity.

Though someone in training started this month, but he's only working half days because of work/private stress the past six months. He also said he would find someone for my free Wednesdays, but I don't hear anything about this.

I started this week with good resolutions about walking and cooking, but worked late so that didn't really work out.
But, I didn't buy a pizza, but a ready steam meal.

▪️  FitJar 3x15 cross cunches. I think they did not think this through, so did 3x16.
