Saturday December 7th
DOMS was kicking in because of yesterday's burpees. Had a really nice run in the morning. My mind was so overdone still, that I had an internal 'error' on everything I had to do. I couldn't understand a word of the documents that I had to read for the notary. Nothing came in or out. I couldn't find a phone number on the website of an insurance company, which I could not handle. I am happy when it's Christmas and the move is done.
I fell asleep around 8 pm, so didn't do the yoga
▪️  Run 7.12 km, trail. Finally a run in daylight and in the forest again!

Sunday December 8th
Went into the city for a coffee with my boyfriend, after that I was able to think again.
