Made more kms, but less steps. Possibly because of a few days in which I physically felt not very well, so missed some step days.
I abandoned the daily walk streak (for a Garmin badge); if I'm running I also have the benefits, but I don't have the time nor energy left to do also a walk (which is also unnecessary for the benefits of it).
It is too demotivating to see my streak get back to 0 every other day.
I have to redefine what I find a "workout streak". I wanted it to motivate myself to do 15 minutes of training every day. But often on run days I don't do anything else, while I have had a decent cardio training with it. Strava gives me a 31/31 days of exercise.
I'm not sure what my aim is here. The streak itself should not be my goal.. I think I want to train more various than only my runs and hikes, to gain some overall strength and support muscles for my runs to be strong. Maybe I should start with a goal of Darebee training like 4 times a week? To make it more reachable, and expand it when that goes well?
