Today was very busy, with a brief interlude for pancakes. Tomorrow will be just as busy, I think. I think on balance I'd rather have lots of stuff to do than none, most of the time.

I wrote this post out once, then pressed the wrong button and deleted it. Things have been kind of crazy lately, so I've been doing a lot of stuff on Level I.
Today I did Day 28 of Square One, Shadebound and Unbound. For challenges, I've done the first two days of Warrior Arms and Calves of Steel, and I did Day 59 of Bible in a Year.
Belated thanks @Silent Wolf ! Things have been a bit all over the place the past few days. I'm not really sure what I'm doing, and so I'm holding off on starting any new programs. Just doing Challenges at the moment. Anyway, here's my workout from Sunday:
