I'm on the fence about dropping Core Strength. On the one hand I keep missing days and I don't feel any especial interest in continuing. On the other hand, on most days I feel the need to do a bit more exercise-exercise (does that make sense? I mean, something other than walking) than just Foundation and the two challenges.
Maybe I should do a different program alongside Walking, or a challenge, or just do a few sets of a random workout if I feel the need... anyway, I'll think about it.
