WE OC 18:
Before Breakfast:
- Daily Gratitude
- The Right Side Workout
- Water First
Before Lunch:
- Meditation
- 1400 Burpee Challenge - day 1. 10 burpees. The other day I re-ready the Breathing Guide, implemented those suggestions. Burpees usually leave me gasping for breath. This type I was pleasantly surprised at both my ease of breath & the burpees seemed easier.
Before Bed:
- DD
- Counting Victory Challenge
