Hello everyone, this is my first post since January 7. My wife & I went to South East Asia for a vacation, We travelled throughout Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos & finished in Bangkok. We got home last night. What an awesome experience; seeing new sights, rich cultures, histories, the people, eating new foods & making new friends.

Before Breakfast:
- Daily Gratitude

- Water First

Before Dinner:
- Walk - 2.5 km
- Meditation
- Qigong - strength

Before Bed:
- Stretching
- Qigong - foot & leg massage
- Counting Victory Challenge
