- Run - 2.8 km. Ran mostly in Zone 3. Ran to a local fitness park
- Bodyweight workout - pull-ups, leg raises, dips, supermans, plank, hanging leg & knee raises, Tricep extensions
- Run - 3 km. Mostly in zone 4
- Walk - cooldown
- stretching.
