Before Breakfast:

- Water First
Before Lunch:
- Meditation
- Walk - to local grocery store. Carry groceries home.
- Kettlebell Clean Challenge - day 28. KB Clean & Press. 25 lb, 5 reps X 5 sets
Before Dinner:
- Walk - several short walks with our youngest granddaughter, (age. 5). To local playgrounds, I played with her, slides, monkey bars & climbing walls.
Before Bed:
- Yoga
- Counting Victory Challenge
