- KB 30 Day Clean Challenge - day 14. KB Clean & Press, 90 seconds each side. 20 lb
- HIIT - Cardio Bell. Level 1 + EC. 20 lb KB.
- Run - 3 km at easy pace. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis since January. Only the 3rd run of this year. It felt exhilarating! Eight hours later my foot feels great.
- Walk - cooldown
- Stretching

- Meditation

- Yoga
- Counting Victory Challenge

- Kettlebell Clean Challenge: day 19. KB Clean & Press - 5 sets of 5 reps. I was able to increase weight to 24 lb from 20.
- Walk - 0.47 km to Parc Martine
- Pull-Ups - 6/6/5/5/5 = 27 (up 2) YTD: 413
- Dead Hangs - 35/20//25 seconds
- Walk - 5 km

- Push-ups - 17 X 5 sets
- Kettlebell Clean Challenge - Day 21 KB Clean Squat & Press - 90 seconds each side. 20 lb
- HIIT - Cardio Bell - Level 2. Last 2 times were Level 1. + EC
- Cardio - Run - 3 km. Foot still strong
- walk - cool down.
- Runner’s Stretch

Before Lunch:
- Cardio - Run - easy pace. 3.5 km. Increased distance by 0.5 km. Left foot still feels good during the run & afterwards.
- Walk - cool down
- Push-ups - 17 X 5 sets
- Kettlebell Clean Challenge - day 27. KB Single leg Clean - 20 lb - 5 reps per side X 2 sets.
- Strength - Turkish Get-ups. 12 lb 10 reps, alternating sides, X 2 sets.

Before Bed:
- Victory Challenge.

Before Lunch:
- Meditation
- Walk - to local grocery store. Carry groceries home.
- Kettlebell Clean Challenge - day 28. KB Clean & Press. 25 lb, 5 reps X 5 sets

Before Dinner:
- Walk - several short walks with our youngest granddaughter, (age. 5). To local playgrounds, I played with her, slides, monkey bars & climbing walls.

Before Bed:
- Yoga
- Counting Victory Challenge
