it hurts a bit again today, so i was carefull and choose activites that don't use my legs too much. I was able to do https://darebee.com/workouts/before-bed-workout.html and https://darebee.com/workouts/knee-saver-workout.html ; for my recomp plan, it was Metcon day and i choose : https://darebee.com/workouts/cultivator-workout.html
Will try some tai chi , yesterday it was hard to get exercices not involving legs, but this evenings it seems a bit better, let's try

Hello Bees. A good active day, today i was supposed to do Hiit and total body strength.
After lunch i did EoD and https://darebee.com/workouts/combat-hiit-express-workout.html really enjoyed it, only level 2 because of lack of time. We calked in the morning and in the afternoon. And after dinner i was going to startd strength one, when i realized my turn has come for the new Honey deck, and i choose a cardio Advanced : https://darebee.com/workouts/eureka-workout.html, relly nice one too, lvl 3. After that, A bit of tai chi from Build and Conquer game, and https://darebee.com/workouts/epic-gains-workout.html but i skipped the weights for suats and lunges, because i am used to have strong pain when starting back this kind of exercices, and i had already done quite a lot.

Rest day again, not the easiest for me. We walked this morning, i did : Eod, Wod that counts as my yoga WO in recomp plan. And a few tests to find a morning WO for my routine :

Today i am very tired, with annoying headache, i am happy to have been reasonable enough and choosed light WO :

Yesterday i burned (burnt ? Burn?) my wrist (the right one of course) with steam, it hurted a lot, and i was not able to do all what i wanted, no WOD for me yesterday, no EOD (not sure to be able to do it anyway). In today's WOD, i switched climbers and shoulder taps with elbow planks and classic planks but on the fist for the right hand. It could last 15 days

Not sure what i did yesterday, it was metcon, i did 2 WO to replace WOD, and 20 min stationnery bike

30 minutes stationnery bike
time for evening routine now

thanks my Lizzie. It was not the case, it get infected this week-end, i was feeling bad, very tired, with a lot of pain and fever. now it seems much better

On friday i had to switch recomp mobility day because there was not way to do a full body wo and a hiit one
since last update i did EOD each day and :

I was better but i stupidly hurted myself again when i was cleaning a plastic shelf in the garage, the skin is cut on 1cm in the middle of the burn ... :shake:

As hiit day i choosed https://darebee.com/workouts/persephone-workout.html, after one round of high knees i switched to low impact and i did elbow planks but sometimes ended on the knees.... Just Lvl 1
Some crunches and oblique crunches. (100 each one)
and EOD and evening routing
And 50 minutes walk this morning

EoD and WoD done, i like it a lot :
For my recomp plan i did https://darebee.com/workouts/core-code-workout.html and https://darebee.com/workouts/sculpted-legs-workout.html but without weights this time (except for deadlifts)
about 45 minutes of walk in the morning, the weather was really nice, and almost warm
I was inspired by @astro_lizard and started https://darebee.com/programs/cardio-go.html, did day 1 and day 2, for day 2, i replaced march steps by jogging in my living room, and some slow butt kicks
Evening routine done, i will try to add crunches and oblique crunches. (100 each one) everyday

headache since this morning and digestive issues.
https://darebee.com/workouts/5-minute-jump-squats-workout.html as metcon lvl 3 (and a hald, after 30 sec i did an additional set, but it didn't happen again after lol) and after i realized it was EC, I really enjoyed it.
EoD, i usually dislike plank rotations, but this time it was ok maybe if i don't do this too often it is bearable
Cardio Go Day 3, i really needed the 1 minutes break, and no way to do day 4.

As full body strength i choose this one : https://darebee.com/workouts/fullmetal-workout.html, a very nice one, and i started back pushups after more than 2 weeks break
For hiit i choosed : https://darebee.com/workouts/blink-workout.html i loved it
Wod : https://darebee.com/workouts/limitless-workout.html and EoD
And Cardio go Day 4. I was wishing a second one today, but it may be too much
100 crunches and 100 oblique crunches

Wod and Eod done, Day 6 and 7 of Cardio go done, one after lunch, the other after dinner; and 50 minutes walk, plus some more for shopping, 19K steps today. Crunches are made, and now i will end my evening routine for knees and glutes
