Wod was hard, what a strange idea to torturer my shoulder during 5 minutes non stop
EOD (50 calf raises, forget to stop at 30)
And then to keep on the shoulder torture, i did 28 minutes of step jacks in Cardio go Day 9, i was a bit bored by march steps, but i would definitively have prefered them today. :giveup: Hopefully tomorrow is leg day
122 crunches, 122 obliques crunches

and tonight, long session :

https://darebee.com/workouts/warrior-burpee-workout.html Lvl 1 for recomp metcon day, but as i only did 3 sets (because burpees don't like me ) , i added https://darebee.com/workouts/5-minute-jump-squats-workout.html Lvl 3

Cardio Go day 11, only 21 min of step jacks only this time ... But i hardly did 3 sets, and finally finished to 7 sets, one by one...
128 crunches, 128 oblique crunches, and i added 50 reverse crunches
Since several days i do https://darebee.com/workouts/glutes-quads-hamstrings-calves-workout.html daily, certainly inspired by my lovely @f1shie . Usually while doing coffee, today it was during evening routine or maybe i did it twice ????

I will have vacation starting on friday, but i will still come to visit from time to time, and try to participate as much as possible, turkey run, christmas events, etc

Dear santa, i cannot say if i was very kind, but this year i workout consistently, despite some injuries.
As i am in vacation i actually changed my fitness habitudes, and i am doing fit december, but i will be back to winter and material before christmas.
At home i have dumbellsand kettlebells, mats, stationnery bike, elliptical bike and a mini stepper. I am not a huge fan of burpees and pushups but i do some from time to time. I also do some hiit and some high intensity exercices, with high knees and jumping jacks, even if i often say my cardio level is a potatoe one
I also do some Mobility, some stretching and some Times yoga
