Notes: Pretty happy with my training this month. Running is going well - I finish my training plan this week, then I'll start increasing my mileage a bit in preparation for next year.
I'm really enjoying the two yoga challenges I'm doing; having a morning and evening session is good for me since I sit so much at work, so I'd like to keep that up. I've also been focusing more on physio/mobility exercises to try to fix some minor issues (as well as lifting weights again) so I feel like my current training plan is working well.
