~Sick toddler and his mama = poor sleep the past 2 nights; then, my husband's snoring was terrible, so around 2 a.m. i gave up and got up, too brain fogged to read, so i did a very early morning workout:

  • 76 Toe Tap Hops for @Deadoks
  • Exercise of the Day done slowly
  • Caught up reading 'round the Hive:rstar:

It was a stressful day. My daughter, who is 36 weeks pregnant, ended up in hospital, because her blood pressure was too high. The doc in the hospital wanted to go ahead and deliver the baby, but her own doc wanted to wait until next week if possible. Thankfully, her blood and urine tests were good, and they were able to get her bp down some, so she was sent home to rest.
Workout not done until just before bed:
  • Kanary 1 set substituted Squat Punches for lunge punches
  • Challenge: Cardio & Core day 5
  • Program: 60 Days of HIIT day 58(accidentally skipped 57); level I; squats instead of jumping lunges
  • Yoga/Program (repeat): Ironheart day 18

~Unsurprisingly, i had a poor night's sleep, but my daughter is doing better and is scheduled for a caesarean delivery on Monday morning. My husband and i will be driving back to our home in central Texas from Colorado over the weekend. That was the plan anyway; we are just doing it a couple of weeks earlier than expected.
