The combination of workouts done this day felt really good, just perfect for a Monday.
I have put Ironheart on the shelf for the time being, as i have not been able to find the dumbbells that i thought i had here.
The rest of March will be Kanary; Cardio & Core Challenge; Neighbourhood Walks; and individual DareBee Workouts, beginning with difficulty 3 Wellness.

I was ridiculously lazy this day! Never put on real clothes, so no walk, even though it was a perfect day for it; took several cat-naps, and didn't do any exercise until just before bed.

Daughter #4 and her family came down from Colorado for the week, so we had a busy weekend filled with family time!

Had a very busy day and evening, but i spent time with all 7 of my grandchildren, so it was good: took oldest daughter & baby to her doctor's appointment~all is well: recovery from surgery is on track and bp is back to normal! Met up with the other 6 at my house to dye and decorate Easter eggs and have a Cousins Cocoa Party, followed by several rounds of hiding & hunting eggs in the back yard; then we had supper together and watched a movie while the parents went out. I did my exercise about 23:00, tidied up a bit, and managed to get to bed just before midnight.
