Exercise of the day: 19; 4 of which i had to modify
SEPTEMBER PLAN ~Pretty much the same as i have been doing. The 20th of this month will be my 100th day, and i told myself no major changes until i hit that mark.
Do something every day!
Kanary Workout (fighting cancer): at least 1 set every day
Challenges: Easy Core & Easy Cardio (both difficulty 1) i started Easy Core on 31 Aug to offset the "throughout the day" exercises on these
Personal DareBee Workout Challenge: continue working through difficulty 2(easy) at least 4 per week
Walks/Hikes: aim for daily, but as often as possible; goal is 70-80 miles for the month
Evening Yoga (or other stretching): aim for daily, but as often as possible
Exercise of the day: when i can
Continue daily Meditation, Gratitude, Victories, and Hugs

I did this challenge primarily to break a "mindless tv watching at night" habit, and it worked out well for that. I think i will stick with it for the rest of September.
SATURDAY 16 SEPTEMBER 2023 It has been a bit of a convoluted week:
>new work schedule for son-in-law which had some impact on my daily schedule caring for grandkids
>seasonal weather changes and no stroller which messed with my walking/hiking plans
>started 3 new books which edged out my desire to do yoga in the evenings
Begin each day with a hug

Have fallen woefully behind on reading other Bees' threads! Hoping to catch up with all of you soon.
SUNDAY 17 SEPTEMBER 2023 ~slept in until 645, very unusual for me, then had a hard time getting going; missed my usual sunrise hike, but sat outside for my tea and morning meditation, which was lovely.
