Well... shortly after completing that 10K race I entered a rather busy period and lost a lot of my exercise discipline and good eating habits. Being too busy and too stressed really takes its toll.
Thank you, @PetiteSheWolf and @f1shie! I have to say, that it is the great quality of the Darebee resources and the wonderful support from the Hive that makes me come back every time.
I will try and post more regularly, every day if possible. It does help with staying focused.
When I first started out I had some doubt whether I was doing this correctly. I also found it hard to figure out how to breathe properly. But doing it daily I came to appreciate the exercise, gained more control over my abdominal muscles and, I think, improved my posture. I think I will keep doing these.
