We had an awful night. All 3 of our children were up at the same time at least 2 hours long. It resulted that today they couldn't be themselves and I couldn't be myself. Also they will get vaccination today, so I do not know how we will cope with the rest of the day Working out helped a lot to clear my current mental state

The night went well, my children were exhausted after they got their vaccination and also we gave them some painkiller before bedtime to prevent fever and pain. Today only one of them is sensitive, it can be caused by the vaccination or maybe he is theething (or both?)
Today Power Up was challenging, there was a point when I almost gave up...

I have low energy today probably caused by the changing weather. I will not have much time on Saturday and Sunday to do my workout routine because of family time, but I will try to catch up with the 2 challenges I missed today

It was really hard to put my daughter to nap today, probably she had a stomach ache and I tried to massage her for more than 40 minutes when she finally could sleep. It is exhausting hearing my child crying for such a long time while I am unable to help
So with a short time left from their nap time and with a drained energy, I could only do 200 march steps and Power Up day 21 today

Total meltdown From the start of the day someone was crying loudly and unsoothable so my energy was drained more than totally. After they were put down for nap I was just sitting in their room for 30 minutes while tears were falling down from my eyes (it wasn't crying because no feelings left to be felt)
Then I remembered the Double-sigh breathing and after I did it 2-3 times I could have a short workout

Yesterday killed me mentally, today is better but still far from good. I try to do things I like but somehow I cannot enjoy them enough to pull me out of this mental state (or my mental state doesn't let me enjoy them?)

Previous couple of days were more difficult and I realized that I need to change about my point of view to make days easier for us. Today is much easier BUT! today my husband could do a lot of chores around the house so I could be with my children without any pressure on me. Conclusion: I need to prioritize to be with my children instead doing chores and learn to let the pressure about it go (chores can wait but I have limited time to be with my children) It will be hard to let the pressure go
Tomorrow will be the very first date day since children were born. We can go out while my mother, her partner and my uncle are babysitting the triplets. We really need a day off

I still couldn't hold fully the knee push-ups but I made a progress since started Power Up. But those standing shoulder taps after knee push-ups were felt like I doing them with weights
Tomorrow I want to have a triple badges day and after that I need to find out how to continue. A wanted to start Back&Cores but 2-minute Abs program was released yesterday and maybe that is more doable for me.

Today I am weaker than usual so Power Up day 30 was pure suffering (I stopped several times and also modificated side bridges) Power Up program was more challenging for me than I expected, so it was demotivating on most days but maybe I will give it another try when I am stronger.
Power Punch and Daily Kicks were amazing, I loved doing those challenges
I decided to start 2-minute abs program tomorrow and probably a challenge too, but I am not sure which one

My children do not want to eat much recently. I know in my mind that it is normal in their age but my feelings tell me that I need to try harder to feed them and that opposition inside me makes a war out of every meal. All 3 of them has a different attitude towards food and to try out new tastes and textures and this makes it even more difficult

I skipped Re: Center Challenge Day 20 because with 2-minute abs Day 6 it would be too much plank for me in one workout. Maybe later today I give it a try
