{negative pull-ups} D26a
I did 6 negative pull-ups and forgot to do the rest,
Due to having a conversation in the bouldering gym.
{de-stress challenge} D26
~~~~
{dead hang challenge}
I am at my limit with this one.
I am doing the challenge on a bar, which is able to rotate slightly. That makes it a lot harder... Doing the {negative pull-up challenge} at the same time, makes it even harder, obviously. So, I will change things a bit:
Alternating a to failure dead hang with the actual negative pull-up days of the challenge. That should be more than enough for now...
[Other activities]
[kick scooter] We had a family ride of 4km in total.
[bouldering] ~2h session – a nice one, due to the fact, that I hurt my fingers by hitting a fence in the morning. I was referee at our daily football
match at school, and a ball was shot straight to me, to evade it I did a little jump, stepped on the ball, fell over backwards, the steel fence kept me from falling to the ground, but I hit my shoulder and my hand. It was freezing cold, what makes the pain somewhat special... It must have looked funny, but only one kid could not hold back a laugh... a win.
I did some negative pull-ups and stretching to finish the bouldering session. And... I just tried to go from frog stand to headstand and back to frog.
It went very well. I felt super controlled during the whole movement. Then a short crane pose... last but not least I faceplanted my last frog attempt. Another funny thing to do, at least on a bouldering mat.
