it felt really hard to get through…
I was planning to run 10k, but in the middle I took a short cut and ended up with 8K running, 1k cool down walk. Still a decent run.
(It might have been sub-optimal to do 20/20/15 full squats at km 2, instead of 10/10/10 half squats)

Today,the weather was phenomenal, 15°C, pure sun…
Got my shorts out of the back of the drawer, but started with a longsleeve,which I had to take of around 7 km… it was too freaking hot.
I did half squats as intended, but I sneaked in a 4th set of ten. It worked. Was a great run.
I am confident to get the „10k under 1h“ milestone soon.

There were 3*7min „intervals“, I tried to run them at a 5min/km pace: Due to a misunderstanding, I ran only 3min of the first set at a pace ~5:00, the second one was 4:47, I ran on a track, last one was 5:07…
I ran a total of 10km, that’s two 10ks in a week.
