Another 10k in the books. I ran away from a few zombs around a beautiful lake, where we stay for the weekend. Sunny but cold. I tried to stay at a steady step cadence and to vary the pace by step length. I also tried to engage the back chain more activly. In the end I finished with my 3rd best time (1:00:06) It was a fun run.

There was an upside down house along the way. I went inside, later, with my family. It literally made me feel sick, to walk araund inside, cause it wasn't in balance either.
