Did as much as i could and really pushed myself to the limit and felt the high burn and the breathlessness and feeling hell yessssss the body is feeling fit and its all worth the time i put into workout. I feel Sooooo Fit and amazing! Sticking to no sugar and only home made food!

Energy levels are a bit up and down so focusing on getting my energy levels up the body is taking time to just calm down due to the heat wave and pollution toxic levels..... but hoping to get back my energy levels and workout better and give it my all! Covid is also doing the rounds big time so all in all i am trying to stay healthy and trying to stay safe!

Did as Much as i could as energy levels were again up and down but felt the burn and breathlessness... !! feeling fit as hell and its all worth it so could not push myself any further body was sore!

As the weather is so humid the energy levels were up and down and body was losing alot of salts and sugars as its dehydrating hot here at my end so taking alot of precautions to stay healthy and safe and get in alot of leafy greens into my system and keep myself hydrated with water and electrolytes! Thank you to everyone who has been supporting my journey i just couldnt have made it this far without you all. So Huge Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! feeling fit!

Feels Great to be back on the feet after a rest day and feels good to be giving 500 percent on workout and nothing less. Feeling Fit and feeling wonderful with the body and its All worth it! glad to be back on my feet and glad to be back on my ballet pointe Shoes as well!

Being a Dancer no matter how you feel in the day always get up and move and Express myself through the body! felt extreme burn in the body and the breathlessness Happy Day. Looking forward to where this takes cant wait to complete more programs, challenges and workouts! feeling excited :heart:

Felling hell yessss with the body and went crazy with workout and felt every part of the body was sore but good sore and the breathlessnesss and it felt amazing as covid was freaking less and pollution was down so got a chance to go gyming physically! after like 4 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! feeling excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Did all the machines in the gym along with durbee workout so feeling sooooo good! but sore like hell!!!!!!!!!!!!! but felt the burn and going a little crazy before turning a year older! making the most of it :heart:

Durbee Workout: Back and Neck Pain Relief



Had Neck Spasm and couldnt move the neck at all. Rest day mainly and Celebrated world dance day by dancing it out after feeling a bit better. As i turn a year older going crazy to maintain being fit! keeping to no sugar and only home made food!!

Fell sick very badly and couldnt get myself to do anything due to getting wet in the rain and had very bad case of cold chills in the body and neck spasm started again but healing self did some neck exercises still a bit sore on the neck! Healing and getting back on the feet!

Been on Rest due to bad sprain in the neck been recommended full rest by the doctor as it was a bad sprain in the neck looking forward to being back on the feet and giving it my all and nothing less then 500 percent!

Underwent some skin treatment and cleaning skin in the body and took a day extra to rest up the neck but doing much better looking forward getting back on the feet and cant wait for where this takes me.
