I put the warmup and final stretching back into my home workout, I really like the two new programs I'm doing and they are perfect for this period :)
I'm still out of breath and I'm weak but I'm recovering well, this week I'm still taking it easy.

I'm really loving the Shadebound and Unbound programs :)
Shadebound is interesting without being too challenging and varied so you don't get bored and have time to fully recover from one workout to another.
Unbound is what I was looking for, a stretching program so as not to have just a few unmatched workouts to rotate, so it's more varied, complete and fun.
In the end I love the programs because you don't have to think about anything, you think before choosing but then you don't have to do anything but follow a training program that is already well structured and perfect as it is :LOL:

The blisters on my right hand are much better, within a couple of other days they will be completely healed, so I will be able to plan the pruning of the large pear tree which is the most demanding :)
So I will be able to try the new battery chainsaw that intrigues me a lot :LOL:
