My muscles are sore from yesterday morning's gym session but it's nothing dramatic other than my dreams of doing pull-ups and push-ups together, that's now a broken dream :LOL:

I'm jealous of your pullups, I can't do even one... or maybe one... but that's why I train my grip first...
The first time I bought a wall bar to do pull-ups and I tried after assembling it I couldn't do even one :LOL:
As you have already understood, the weak point is the grip, once it is strengthened it goes downhill.

Thank you all so much, I am always amazed by the kindness of bees :love:
The shoulder is better, arnica, massage and infrared (I'm always well equipped) are already making the pain go away.
I've learned to give myself absolute rest if I hurt myself a little so that it doesn't become a real injury.
Unfortunately I have not yet learned that if my mind is out of balance, sooner or later my body will suffer and I will hurt myself.
Maybe it's the right time that I understand that I have to take it easy in training if I'm stressed :LOL:

I managed to do everything I was interested in in the gym, moderating myself but that's okay :)
I will keep the 10 minutes of initial warm up and the 15 minutes or more of final stretching because they are good for me and I like things that are good for me :LOL:

Last night's Muay Thai training went well all things considered, except for the push-ups I definitely have to limit them to a minimum and do the same with the exercises that risk inflaming my poor already sore shoulder.
Today I had a nice back and neck massage (I have mechanical massagers) and infrared shoulder massage, complete care package :LOL:

There are times when I really don't feel like changing clothes to train and I don't even want to do floor exercises, so I've found a compromise that works for me (and doesn't make me sweat :LOL: ): do some mobility with everyone standing exercises :)
This is my wellness package, 14 minutes of gentle mobility and stretching:

Minimal training today because last night the tenants downstairs didn't let us sleep, it's unnerving not to be able to sleep at home when you want to.
Later my partner who is much more socially capable than me will go and talk to them.
I came down last time at night to make them stop, a task that doesn't require social skills :LOL:
