Thursday August 17th
I was so tired today.. 4.5 hours sleep is not enough. I got myself to run though, and it made me awake again. I'm not sure if that was the right thing.
Run 4.66 km. ZR S2M20. 3 zombie chases, the app totaly screwed me over. It's set on 10% increase in speed, and I definitely did, but they got me anyway. But the 3rd chase I won! Also.. I was babbling to another runner until he said: "ich spreche kein Niederländisch" . Oh.

Friday August 18th
Today at work was very busy, but I feel like I managed well. A colleage from another department called me to steal me/lure me to their department (at least she tried).
I did a short hike after work, missed my camera! I saw so many cool things, like mushrooms and deer with BIG antlers.
