Another late night (BBQ with work)... my colleague has quit her job, so I am being left all alone. Officially she'll be gone after Jan 1st, but I think she'll be gone before that.

Fell asleep on the couch in the afternoon..

Sunday October 1st
We went to a city nearby, we walked a lot, had around 8000 steps. I took a nap afterwards (dell asleep while reading a book). In the evening we made a short tour by bike.

We went to an event where they show and sell old stuff from the 50s/60s/70s, like jukeboxes, neon signs, TVs, radios, pinball tables. People were dressed occasionally and there were also a lot of classic cars to see.
In the evening I went to the theater, which was awesome.

Time flies by so quickly, my last post is already 2 weeks ago.. I have been working out on and off.

Monday October 23rd
I wanted to go for a run after work, but forgot; I was a bit off my game because my (only 8 y/o) car didn't get through the examination and it's costing me a lot of money.

Your birthday dinner looks delicious! (And is reminding me that I still have cherries in my freezer, which I cooked up into pie filling back when I harvested them, that also works great for making this cake. It is a popular cake here, which we know as "black forest cake".

Glad you are getting a deal on the car repairs!

I seem to not be able to get a consistent routine. I notice that I feel some resistance starting, because it feels like a lot and time consuming. So I decided to change it again.
▪️ every morning a short (1-2 min) cardio workout to start te day
▪️ every day a different focus (arms, legs or abs), doing 1 focus workout
▪️ only 1 challenge
▪️ daily walk of minimum 20 min
▪️ running 3x per week

I will keep my personal goals like eating healthy and getting enough rest/sleep.

October summary
I was less active than in September, skipped too many days. Made more kilometers though, running is going well.

Was up at 4 am to wave goodbye.. So went running at 5.30am. My planned focus workout would be too oing, so did Dynamic Dumbbell

Saturday November 4th
Today was a volleyball tournament from work. I didn't participate but went as a mascot. I jumped a bit too much/enthusiastically, so my calf is a bit sore..
Oh and I got my 2nd LOTR medal today! 2 days ago I finished my The Fellowship challenge after 1094.4 km 💪. Now I'll wait for my friends to finish too (I was the first), then on to the next one
