Thank you for the recipe!! It sounds delicious and now I have an excellent reason to try the vegan egg I bought some time ago.

Happy badge day!! :star: :star::star:

And a really nice mug! I hope it has a handle so you don't mistake it for the real lens :D

@Lady Celerity thanks! 😊

October summary
I few hours less than last month, but it's okay. I was consistent, improved my running and a little bit of my fitness level. To increase my fitness I should do more cardio, but with my achilles that's not really an option, so I'll just be patient until that too improves.

Stats are from Strava. Funny thing I noticed: since I'm using Strava (2014) I have run 2223 km. Too bad it's not 2222 but you can't have it all ;)

Tuesday November 1st
Went out with a friend. We ate pie (snickers pie :bouncebounce:) and went to the movies. It was 'sneak night', they didn't tell what movie would be playing, even the ticket guy at the door didn't know and was very curious. It turned out to be '3000 years of longing', a very slow movie about the history of a djinn.
▪️  Basics Baseline, day 4, lvl 1+, 30 sec rest
▪️  Program Back&Core, day 25, balance. I loved this. Funny to see the difference between my left and right side. Left is pretty stable, right not at all.
▪️  Yoga 30 days of yoga, day 30, 15 min meditation. :completed:
▪️ Challenge Easy abs, day 3, 3x (10 air bike crunches + 6 sitting twists), with 2x1 kg ankle weights and additional 5.5 kg dumbbell on the sitting twists

@JCU thank you! I didn't like the movie much, don't think I'll ever rewatch it. It's extremely slow, there's no climax, and one of the plot twists wasn't very logical to me. It was beautifully made though.
@Sif_Shepard thanks!
@Julian4077 thank you and thanks! Yeah I intentionally made a bit of a mix of different things. Because it doesn't take much time per challenge, it makes almost a full workout all together
@Lady Celerity thanks! Yes I like it a lot! I'm going to start the follow up program. Only the increasing duration of the meditation is hard for me 😅

@CODawn thanks!

Saturday November 5th
There was a volleyball tournament from work today. I didn't play in our team, but I cheered them on with home made pink pompons. So I moved a lot, and chose to skip the workouts. They won 4 of 5 matches, so ended 5th place of 20.
▪️  Run 2x19 min, 2 min rest. Didn't twist my ankle during my run! But did during my cooling down walk... It wasn't bad luckily. But maybe I should avoid running in the forest, or at least the places with a lot of fallen leaves (which is almost everywhere).
▪️ Challenge Daily walk, day 7. 21 min, 1.57 km (was my warmup walk before running)
▪️ Challenge 1 minute meditation, day 7
▪️ Challenge Daily Gratitude day 7:
* Sunny weather in autumn
* A very pleasant dinner with colleagues
* a night's good sleep
▪️ Challenge Counting victories day 7:
* Going to the volleyball tournament even though at first I didn't want to; it turned out to be a very awesome day!

@motionaction thanks! :LOL:

PS
I forgot to mention my The Lord of the Rings challenge. I've done one before with the hive, but now I'm doing one with friends. I finished the first part to Bree, so I'm getting my medal :dance:
My friends are halfway, so I'll have to wait for them in the Prancing Pony ;)

"Building good habits"
I forgot to mention my The Lord of the Rings challenge.
First of all - congrats!! Also on Back & Core!

Second - oh, does this company advertise online a lot? I feel like I've seen the logo before. You pay a small fee for each walk, right?

I had a couple of goes at a spreadsheet-based version of the Walk to Mordor, hehe!
