Before Dinner:
- Boxer Challenge - day 15. I did this at my daughter’s home. They have a punching bag in the basement. Punching a punching bag is very different than just punching in mid-air. It actually made this workout more fun

Before Dinner:
- Walk - 4.2 km. Today’s workout was suppose to be a long run. However due to heavy smoke, (from the wildfires), local health officials recommended no strenuous activity outdoors. So this walk was with my wife & a friend at the University of Alberta Botanical Garden. This was at a gentle pace, enjoying nature.
- Boxer Challenge - day 16.
