- Saw the first Canada geese returning for the summer. Always a positive sign of spring around the corner. They will soon be building nexts around our City.

Before Bed:
- Qigong - foot & leg massage
- Counting Victory massage

Love the return of the birds! (Not Canada Geese for me. I'm far enough south that we have them year round. In these parts a lot of people think of the American Robin as the quintessential harbinger of spring--although we have some of those here year-round too. Mostly for me I think it's bird song that heralds spring. I hiked past a small marsh this morning, and wow were the sparrows in there ever noisy!)
