Before Lunch:
- walk to grocery store. Carried about 25 lb of groceries home.
- Pull-ups - 5 X 5 sets
- Push-ups - 20 X 5 sets
- Meditation
- Leg Day Everyday - day 7 & 8

Hosted Easter dinner - 25 family members. Lots of noises, lots of laughs & best of lots of love. Some family hadn’t seen each other since pre-Covid, so made this so special.

- Stretch - 5 min on inversion table @ 45 degrees
- Crunches, while still hanging at 45 degrees

Before Dinner:
- Walk - 3 km

Before Bed:
- Knee Workout

WE AL 19:

- I woke up with a lot of pain in my lower back & left calf
- I could hardly walk.

Before Lunch:
- Meditation
- got in to see my Physio Therapist. He started working his magic😁

Before Dinner:
- Physio Stretches
- Leg Day Everyday - day 19
- Heat & “Dr. Ho” vibrating pads on my back
- Physio stretches

Before Bed:
- Heat & “Dr. Ho” again
- Physio stretches two more times
- Counting Victory Challenges

- I’m worse then yesterday

Before Lunch:

- Back started to loosen up
- Leg Day Everyday - day 20
- DD
- Physio stretches two times throughout the morning

Before Dinner:
- Physio stretches
- Walk. Really short & slow, only 0.72 km. Took 13 minutes. Fresh air felt good
- My back was starting to feel better
- Heat

Before Bed:
- Physio stretches

Before Breakfast:
- Daily Gratitude. We got out of bed to 2 Canada Geese on our neighbour’s roof. They were so close we could see their chests moving as they were honking. They were only about 10-20 metres from our bedroom window.
- Water First
- Heat & Physio stretches

Before Lunch:
- Meditation

Before Dinner:
- Heat & Physio Stretches
- Walk - very short & gentle pace. 16 minutes; 1.15 km

Before Bed:
- Heat & Physio Stretches
- Counting Victory Challenge
