I left out Day 3 of the yoga playlist but will do that one later. Zero hero was only Level 1 today because i suck at planks at the moment. It was a good measure to where i stand right now compared to last year though. There's a lot to do but for now i am off for coffee, christmas cookies and board games with friends.

The Lion's Breath is really good to loosen some tension in the mind, probably because it feels so silly first. Perfect for a good but long and a bit exhausting day.
Yesterday i didn't do anything besides 20 incline push-ups in order to work towards a tiny mango at the tree. I came home very late after a tough day and went straight to bed.
So, i had to make up for it today but i am pretty tired again. Anyway…
