In March : Cardio and Abs: L1
In April : Cardio and Abs: L2, sometimes L3, and 3 days skipped.
I don't know what to do In May. Maybe the WOD's and the exercises of the day ? (I like the new button)
Any ideas ?
EotD is always nice.
I think there are 3 options: 1. something like a program/challenge to have it set out for you, 2. Take a focus like strength/cardio/HIIT/a specific exercise like pull ups, or 3. go with the flow like with the darebee dices/EotD/WotD
@NancyTree , I think the 3rd option is the best : daily exercise and WoD, with the Power 20 workout and the Dumbbell Abs workout in replacement when the WoD will be too hard.
