Congrats on Push Pull Legs and your new muscle definition! Thanks for linking to Damer's explanation of the long rest times in PPL. I just started that program today and shortened the rests to 30 seconds but, reading his explanation, I'm thinking I should keep to the 2 minutes rest.

From 2/3 to 5/4 : Push Pull Legs, 2nd time, this time with 4 kg dumbbells but only 5 days a week (no time for more).
Today I'll begin the program again with 4 kg dumbbells and 500 g wrist weights.
