:heart:Went out with daughters 3 & 4 to celebrate #3's birthday. We have our own version of March Madness in our family: 3 of our daughters have birthdays this month, plus two of their partners and two of the grandkids with another one due at the end of the month, and one of our sons has his wedding anniversary in March as well.

:heart: In the evening i went to a women's meeting at our new church. There were ten of us. It was nice, and i felt very welcomed. I am looking forward to making new friends ~which is actually very strange for me!

For Lent, i am trying to give up mindless TV watching in the evenings, and focus instead on home keeping, reading, journaling, unwinding in more mindful ways, and getting to bed decently early. So far, i am failing more nights than I am succeeding; thankfully, i still have 5+ weeks to work on it.

  • Fighting cancer: 100 backfists & 100 overhead punches
  • Program: 30 Days of Cardio, Light day 12; level III; no rest
  • Program: Express Tone day 30; level I*; 5lb db; 1min rest :completed:*i really wanted to finish this program at level III, but my knees were not up to the extra lunges; i did do 5 sets of the deadlifts and the goblet squats
  • Pelvic Floor Work
:heart:Dinner with daughter #2 to celebrate her birthday! Also, she and i booked flights to Ireland for September!!:cantwait:

7 year-old granddaughter is on spring break this week, so the boys and i have an extra companion.
