AM- awake at 7:45am (PST) after a moderately late night. Mostly, I just restarted my white noise when it stopped so I could catch up on some missing sleep😏. It worked, I’m not headachy, and my eyes don’t burn. I do feel pretty anxious, but I have my plant medicine for that🌱🥳😎
Plus, today is my birthday and I have *felt* it for some time now: my body has changed in many ways, this 61st year….

Although, it only goes up to 1930, it paired nicely with both the Nations book that I read, as well as with Union, both by Colin Woodard.

AM- woke up a couple times in the night by Canoodles pacing around. Husb says he was up with Canoe for 2 hours while doggo went in and out the front and side doors, and pestered about wanting to go out back. We have limited the out back location to when we can see him (daytime), and for last call with his e-collar on. So, when I let him out back this morning, he vomited right away, and is now not interested in doing much even tho it’s nearly 8:30🫢

AM- awake at 7ish to some clouds, wind, 44 (F)degrees feels like 38. There’s been flooding and land sliding all over the west side of our state with the atmospheric river, this week. Our ground is saturated and soggy with standing water. Will be a relief to have some drier days….
