AM- awake at 7:45am (PST) after a moderately late night. Mostly, I just restarted my white noise when it stopped so I could catch up on some missing sleep😏. It worked, I’m not headachy, and my eyes don’t burn. I do feel pretty anxious, but I have my plant medicine for that🌱🥳😎
Plus, today is my birthday and I have *felt* it for some time now: my body has changed in many ways, this 61st year….

Noonish-
  • Meet up with bro in law for driving range (golf) game✅
PM-chill out with girls

There are two idiot lights on the dash that I’m not sure about….plus I need an additional prescription med filled down here….

For years, I have struggled, and for months I have anticipated a 10th year. It feels less intense and actually sort of good to survive past it. Yay, me🥳

Wed, Dec 6, 2023

AM- woke up a couple times in the night by Canoodles pacing around. Husb says he was up with Canoe for 2 hours while doggo went in and out the front and side doors, and pestered about wanting to go out back. We have limited the out back location to when we can see him (daytime), and for last call with his e-collar on. So, when I let him out back this morning, he vomited right away, and is now not interested in doing much even tho it’s nearly 8:30🫢
