1. Power Pose Challenge Day 8: Done!
2. Standing Abs Challenge Day 14: 16 side bends, 16 twists. 3 sets non‐stop.
3. Fit December Day 21: 5 sets, no rest.
4. 3 mile walk outside. My back felt stiff again.
5. RTTR: 30 MIN FAST WALK • Workout with MOM • 140 Bpm • Keoni Tamayo • Workout #180: I usually have fun doing these (the guy has cats!) but I had to do this after my walk and my back was bothering ke. So, I took it easy.
6. SBY: 10 min Yoga to Relax and Unwind | Soothing Stretches for Deep Rest and Relaxation: This was very relaxing and it also stretched out some areas that needed to be stretched.

Thursday 01.16.2025
1. Power Pose Challenge Day 9: Done!
2. Standing Abs Challenge Day 16: 16 side bends, 16 twists. 3 sets non‐stop.
3. Fit December Day 23: 5 sets, no rest.
4. Kyra Pro: GET 5000 STEPS IN 30 MINUTES (Beginner Friendly Walking Workout): I had to go slower because of my back.
5. Total outside walking: 4 miles. 1/3 split.
6. BYNM: DAY 1 - WELCOME WARM-UP - Yoga Intro | Yoga Every Damn Day 30 Day Challenge with Nico: The picture was terrible but this was a great session.

Friday 01.17.2025
1. Power Pose Challenge Day 10: Done!
2. Standing Abs Challenge Day 17: 28 knee-to-elbows, 5 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets.
3. 1 mile walk outside.
4. Yoga poses to try to relieve lower back pain.
5. HR: 30 MIN Total Arm Toning // HR12WEEK EXPRESS: Day 6: I only needed a couple of modifications. I am sure this was a great workout but I was distracted by pain.
6. SBY: 10 min Yoga for Low Back Pain & Hip Stretches | All Levels

1. Power Pose Challenge Day 11: Done!
2. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 30 - The Path to Lifelong Flexibility | FLEXIBILITY - 30 Days of Tai Chi: This was a good series. My dragon can't dance though.
3. Kyra Pro: STEPPING THROUGH THE DECADES | Get 2900 Steps To Songs From The 70s To Now!: The music was hit and miss. My hips felt tired but at least I wasn't in pain.
4. YWA: Day 13 - Endurance & Ease - 30 Days of Yoga: This was ok. I couldn't do the eagle stuff or Warrior III.
5. Standing Abs Challenge Day 18: 18 side bends, 18 twists. 3 sets non‐stop.
6. Fit December Day 24: 5 sets, no rest.
7. Fit December Day 25: 5 sets, no rest. I could really feel this in my shoulders.

Sunday 01.19.2025
1. Power Pose Challenge Day 12: Done!
2. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 1 - Foundations of Strength | STRENGTH - 30 Days of Tai Chi: We started a new program today. We learned some new moves.
3. BYNM: DAY 2 - GET GROUNDED - Root Chakra Yoga | Yoga Every Damn Day 30 Day Challenge with Nico: I really loved this session.
4. Standing Abs Challenge Day 19: 28 knee-to-elbows, 5 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets.
5. Fit December Day 26: 5 sets, no rest.
6. Fit December Day 27: 5 sets, no rest.

Notes: I spent the day in my pajamas watching football and reading…just what I wanted to do for my birthday. 😻
