1. 10 Jumping Jacks
2. Power Punch Challenge Day 1: 60 punches, 30 seconds rest. 3 sets. Active rest of march steps between sets.
3. Flexibility Challenge Day 1: 40 side lunges, 30 sec side splits in total. In one go.
4. 30 Days of Cardio Blast Day 3: Level 3, no rest.
5. From Walking to Running Challenge Day 13: 2 minute walk, 3 minute run, 3 sets (15 min): Time: 15:06 , Dist: 1:15 mi , AHR: 152.
6. Arms of Steel Day 20: 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets and exercises except regular punching (on heavy bag with no rest).
7. Boxing: 10 minutes of heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos.
8. YWB: Yin Yoga For Lower Back Tension Release| 30 Days of Yoga
9. 4 mile walk outside. 1:11:47.
PPC: Rating = 9.5. Shockingly enough, I am not doing this challenge on the heavy bag. Although I do all my punching/kicking on bag, I will be not be doing the challenge on the bag so I can really focus on form.
FC: Rating = 9.0. I was smart enough to wear shoes. Neither of these are my favorites. I don’t get very low on either of these.
30DoCB: Rating = 7.5. Not as winded as when I did the other days but ouch on the plank jacks.
FWTRC: Rating = 7.0. Stats were just ok. It didn't feel too bad.
AoS: Rating = 7.5 Push-ups were lame again (4-3-3-2 = 12) I am not really improving. Shoulder taps were OK.
Boxing: Rating = 7.5. This was ok. I was pretty tired.
YWB: Rating = 9.0. I really liked this one.
Walk: Sunny and breezy. Seemed almost fall-ish.
Notes: Back to work today (which was mildly annoying). I was also really tired. A weird night without hockey but I guess I’d better get used to it because there’s not much hockey left.
