@TortoiseVibe some days are relatively easy some are pretty brutal. But probably doable at level one if you can do a few burpees.

Been sickly for a few days. Did only a few workouts but some each day, mostly pushups.

Friday exploring unusual architecture and an abandoned Cold War Nuclear facility. Old infrastructure reclaimed by dense forests, bear, elk, etc.
Saturday timekeeping at a wrestling tournament. I had almost forgotten how crazy heavy the older mats are, I think pushing 1000 lbs a section.
Sunday & Monday helping out at a farm. Animals needed feeding, chainsaws repaired. Not much really.
Tuesday excursion to study different engineering construction of wooden covered bridges in the area. Engineers are reevaluating wood as a more sustainable option nowadays.
Only some of the Darebee exercises these days. Hiking, heavy lifting, and farm work covered for it.

Wednesday back to higher exercise levels. So have done though to:

Monday night I found out the hard way that I was not consuming enough salt for my current activity level.
Hamstrings and shins cramped no matter how much I stretched. Leaving much soreness. Water is no issue, drinking around a gallon a day (almost 4 Liters).
Some sodium and potassium tablets and a lighter day Tuesday. Mostly the pushup challenges.

Been away but still exercising. Lots of farm work and tons of chainsawing old fallen trees into firewood. So much crouching. Hell of a forearm and back workout.
