Today I started adding a mini set of strength exercises at the end of each combat workout set: (5) Hindu Squats, (3) Hindu push-ups and (1) Pull-ups.
I will keep the choice of combat workout free so that I can continue to have fun and I will keep the repetitions of the strength exercises low so that they do not become a burden on the fluidity of the workout.
We are experimenting... :LOL:

The extra mini strength workout is working reasonably well, I don't really feel like doing it but since it's really low reps I can't come up with any plausible excuses to skip it :P
and giving myself free choice about which combat workout to do gives me plenty of choice to enjoy :)

We slept little because the tenants downstairs made noise until midnight and then came back at 5.
So I thought it was appropriate to run the robot vacuum cleaner above their heads at 9am for an hour and a half.
They woke up and... started having loud sex... :eyes:
I basically live in a two-family house divided horizontally (legally a condominium of two apartments), we have the first floor, the other owner the ground floor that he rents (3 rooms) to PhD students and workers, so almost every year the tenants change, 3 plus boyfriends, girlfriends and friends to remind that in an old house you can literally hear everything. When they understand this, others come to take over.
If the situation with the tenants below wasn't dramatic it would be ridiculous.
I won't even pretend to work out today.
