My first Muay Thai fitness class wasn't fun or cozy, but I survived. This year, too, Muay Thai classes will be my fun outing outside my comfort zone.
After months I weighed myself again and gained 4 kg...
I don't plan on dieting, but I'll have to start weighing myself regularly again and be a little more careful.
