Thursday January 12th
I had an appointment with my manager. Said that I just don't have enough time for the work I get. 2 options: I get less work, or I get more time. He gives me a free pass to deny work requests, and I am free to work extra. So basically he gave me control. Weird how much air that gives, even though I am not going to work less or be less stressed.
I still need to figure out how to eat better and go to bed earlier. I am thinking of cooking larger portions and put meals in the freezer. But I don't know when to do that..
