Had a talk with a colleague. She warns me for burning out at work, and I think I should listen to her advise. But not sure how exactly. Fell sleep on the couch and was too tired to do any workout when I woke up.

I spent so much money today
. It is well spent though, most of it was for my holiday (some shirts, a toll pass, car supplies, contact lenses, sunscreen).
I walked so may steps in the city center, that I decided not to do a hike but save that for tomorrow.
Lower body
- 3x25 squats with 5.5 kg dumbbell
- 4x10 lunges with 2x2 kg dumbbells
- 3x20 bridges with hard mini band
- 3x20 calf raises
- 3x30 lying side leg raises with hard mini band
Challenge wall sit, day 27, 3.40 min. This is getting Hard. And I'm thinking of how to maintain this progress until my holiday. Maybe repeat the last 7 days with extra weight.
