Congrats on First Thing Push-Ups!
Thank you dearI am relieved to see that your rough day stayed at just that and that you're doing better today.
Thank you NancyBrave choice to find a therapist and start working on/with yourself!
Hopefully it'll bring you some peace
Totally counts for the streak. I do the same thing. Cycling (even though Munich is not hilly), painting a room, assembling IKEA furniture... all of them, if done intensely/long enough, count as a workout.I have done a lot of cycling through Brussels yesterdays. I have been on a couple of errants.
As Brussels is quite hilly, my better half gave a waiver for further gym.
So it counts for my streak, doesn't it?

It sure does! I heard the concept of "gym of life" and I quite like it. That's all the walking, cycling, going up stairs that we (can) do everyday for our normal activities. Living in a walkable city is great from this point of view. Your city is also cycleable Even better!I have done a lot of cycling through Brussels yesterdays. I have been on a couple of errants.

I'm glad you said that because that's what my weekend featured - cycling until my legs were toast, the next day taking apart a kitchen cabinet and carrying the wood down from the 4th floor in multiple trips. I definitely felt it and it reminded me why I work out and try to get stronger!Cycling (even though Munich is not hilly), painting a room, assembling IKEA furniture... all of them, if done intensely/long enough, count as a workout.
Exactly, that's the important step. Well done for resting when you needed to!Anyway, I started the week normally.
