Back to exercising at a more sensible time today:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Leg Raises done (3 sets of 10),
Huntress done (3 sets with March Steps),
The Maid of Tarth done (3 sets with Knee Push-Ups),
Days 3 and 4 of Epic Hold done (Not doing that again!),
Everyday Stretching done,
Sore Feet done,
Hand Tendons done.

Yesterday was very much a mixed bag. I had volunteering, a work coach meeting and a shift at the stadium all one after the other, I was very tired when I got home over 14 hours later!
(I've also changed kiosks at the stadium, I am now deep within it's depths, not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, and I've got a new supervisor, who is a maths teacher who does casual evening work to help make ends meet, which is a very sad state of affairs).
But I also came into a tiny bit of unexpected money, so I'm going to treat myself to a trip to the seaside on Friday to join a group walking event, I'm really looking forward to it!

Today has been good so far. The lady I help in the community cafe on Wednesdays is still feeling rather poorly, and I ended up throwing together a homemade Parsnip and Carrot soup for about 50 people all by myself. I was kinda annoyed at first (We usually keep it fairly simple and use canned soup and the like), since the ones that suggested it weren't the ones who were going to be making it, but I had fun and everybody liked the soup, so wins all round.
Going to take it easy for the rest of the day and recover from yesterday, see y'all tomorrow!

Kudos to you for getting through all of that @aku-chan ! And congratulations on the success of your soup! Homemade soup is a lot of work, I know. I find myself resistant to making them often, even though I love them, especially now that I have such a small kitchen with not enough work space. So I definitely understand your frustration. But it is so much better than canned soup! I am sure it was a real treat to the people you were serving. I hope you have a great trip on Friday!

Thanks! @Laura Rainbow Dragon - I prefer making homemade soup myself, but I'm not very confident at cooking without a recipe, so I was pretty flustered at being put on the spot like that, but it worked out, people were coming back for second, even third, helpings (I made a lot!).

Morning exercises:-

Universal Warmup done,
8 Twist Reverse Lunges done (These confused my poor brain so much!)
Helix done (3 sets),
Grit And Grace done (3 sets with Step Jacks),
Day 5 of Epic Hold done,
Stretched done,
Happy Feet done,
Hand Mobility done.

One day I'm going to need to put together an actual workout playlist, Push It To The Limit followed by My Immortal was a weird combination today.

Got a busy few days ahead, so today is a chore day, see y'all tomorrow!

Evening exercises today:-

Universal Warmup done,
20 Squat Jacks done,
Sitting Pretty done (3 sets),
Tough Cookie done (3 sets, with regular Planks and very messy Side Planks),
Day 6 of Epic Hold done,
Hip Flexors done,
Footwork done,
Talk to the Hand done.

I had a lot of fun on my group hike, and did about 7 miles through a combination of seaside town, countryside and marshland, the weather wasn't great but it didn't rain until I was on the train home. A surprising amount of people turned up for it (There were about 40 of us), also surprisingly, I was the youngest one there by at least a good 10 years.
They do a different route each month, so I will try and do it when I can afford to (The walks themselves are free, it's just the getting there).

Thanks! @TopNotch

Afternoon exercising today:-

Universal Warmup done,
20 Count Boat Pose Hold done,
Onna-Bugeisha attempted (2 sets. So hard! Even after dropping the Workout of the Day and modifying where I could, this one was just too much for me),
Day 7 of Epic Hold done,
Superhero Stretch done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Keyboard Warrior done
Second shift at the hospital completed, still very chaotic (They were very confused when I showed up this morning, because the split shift I was on doesn't really exist  ), and no one seems to particularly like anyone else. Luckily, just keeping my head down and getting on with the job is my speciality, so I should be fine.
Making Curried Sausages for dinner (It's an Aussie classic apparently), see y'all tomorrow!

Ending the week with some morning exercises:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Knee-to-elbows done,
Micro Shred done (With lots of little breaks),
Virago done (Heavily modified though),
Day 8 of Epic Hold done,
Hamstring Stretch done,
Sore Feet done,
Wrist Mobility done.

The Curried Sausages turned out really nice, going to try and eat the leftovers for lunch (I don't normally eat lunch so my poor body will be confused!).

Two whole weeks since I last used Reddit, and I don't really miss it (I do miss some of the comic series I was following, but they tended to get buried under all the political and autobiographical stuff anyways), I am now woefully out of the loop on current events though.
Admittedly, I've replaced it with watching stuff on Youtube, but that's mostly crafting and painting videos, so it doesn't feel like such a waste of time.

See y'all tomorrow!

Start of a new week:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Balance Front Kicks done (I have good balance today),
Cardio: Check! done (3 sets with Step Jacks),
Day 1 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 9 of Epic Hold done,
Upperbody Stretch done,
Happy Feet done,
Wrist Pain done.

Hospital shift went a lot smoother last night, the person training me this time was a lot more laid back and actually let me do stuff myself. And I'm going to be doing just evenings now, not ideal as that's a big drop in hours, but hopefully there will be overtime in the future (One day I'll be able to afford to finish furnishing my flat!)
Checking my e-mail this morning, I realised I never did hear back from the job, even after I reached out to them, probably for the best that I wasn't successful there, if they can't be bothered to even fire off a quick generic reply.
Also the next group walk is on a Saturday! :verysadkitty:
I could possibly get back in time for work, but it's tight and the job is more important. I will have to be brave and try it solo on a day I'm not busy.

Volunteering tonight, see y'all tomorrow!

Afternoon exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
20 Bridge Taps done,
Spartacus done (3 sets minus the Jumping Lunges),
Day 2 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 10 of Epic Hold done,
Shoulder Stretch done,
Footwork done,
Stapler done.

Another quiet morning volunteering at the community cafe (3 non-staff customers this time), at least the day wasn't as full as last Tuesday!
See y'all tomorrow!

More afternoon exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
20 Cossack Squats done,
Artemis done (3 sets),
Day 3 of House of the Valkyrie done (I'm still locked in to my choice of Skyshield, Stormhammer and Windcore from my last attempt, so I had better stick with them!),
Day 11 of Epic Hold done,
Full Body Stretch done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Hand Tendons done.

Gotta get up extra early tomorrow for the care home job. They had actually cancelled my next shift, but they said I could still come in and get trained up on a server role, which I honestly thought was quite nice of them.
I need to try and watch the new season of live action One Piece at some point (And FROM returns for a fourth season next month), but I just don't seem to have the time to watch stuff like I used to.
See y'all tomorrow!

Yet more afternoon exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
50 Arm Circles done,
Abs Pro done (3 sets, so tough but I got there eventually),
Day 4 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 12 of Epic Hold done (Finally managed a non-stop Plank Hold, woot! Still got a ways to go on the Squat Holds though),
Chest and Lower Back Stretch done,
Sore Feet done,
Hand Mobility done.

Tuna and Pea Pasta for dinner (The plan is to cook something on Thursdays and Fridays, so I can eat the leftovers over the weekend before I go to work), see y'all tomorrow!

Decided to have extra sleep instead of a morning workout, so afternoon exercising again:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Sumo Squats done (Replacement Exercise of the Day, that FitTap page is so useful!),
Killer Legs done (3 sets),
Day 5 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets, chose the Stone Path),
Day 13 of Epic Hold done (Got a bit wobbly at the end, but a full 60 second Squat Hold managed, I'm on a roll! :dkitty:),
Arms and Shoulders Stretching done,
Happy Feet done,
Talk to the Hand done.

Silly hospital job! Yesterday they emailed me a link to a new starter form they wanted me to fill out, including details of a reference who has known me for at least two years (I've mentioned before that this is a big problem for me because I don't really know anybody), I completed most of it, but left the reference bit blank while I figured out what to do. This afternoon, they emailed me again thanking me for completing the form (I've looked and even the link is gone now, it just says "Hired" instead).
Sigh, all that panic for nothing! :dizzy:

Today was a Housemate visiting day, she was happy to see me for a good 20 minutes or so before her mood flipped, so I'm taking that as a win (Plus the train station had some paper maps of walks in the area, so I can tackle them without using that power-hungry app).
Chicken Rice for dinner tonight, my meal plan got a little derailed because I forgot my Tuna Pea Pasta recipe only really makes enough for one hungry person (And I don't think it would reheat well anyways), so I need to figure out something for the weekend.
See y'all tomorrow!

Thanks! @AgileGrrl - I think they just wanted my bank details but use the one form for everything, but I always panic when references come up as that's been my main stumbling block when it's come to finding work (Well that and the fact there's not really entry-level jobs any more).

Morning exercises, I forgot how cold it can be :shiver::-

Universal Warmup done,
20 Count Balance Hold done (I've got good balance today),
Wreck It! done (3 sets with Power Squats and something approaching regular Push-Ups),
Day 6 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 14 of Epic Hold done,
Arms and Chest Stretching done,
Footwork done,
Keyboard Warrior done.

Last training shift at the hospital tonight, tomorrow I will sink or swim! I did get my uniform last week, so I will at least look the part.
Still got to work out dinner though, at least my Chicken Rice made enough for Sunday.
Finally managed to fit in a watch of the first episode of the new season of live action One Piece and it was glorious! Last season's success has given them the confidence to really go all in on the cartoonyness, hopefully I'll have time to watch another later.

See y'all tomorrow!

Finishing off the week with some more morning exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Calf Raises done,
Easy Abs attempted (2 sets),
Day 7 of House of the Valkyrie attempted (2 sets),
Day 15 of Epic Hold done,
Neck and Shoulders Stretching done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Wrist Mobility done.

My back really did not like exercising today, so I only pushed it as far as I dared.

Another hospital shift successfully completed, on yet another different ward with a completely different way of doing things. It's not rocket science, so I have cobbled together a decent idea of what I should be doing when I'm working solo, but you would think such a large organisation would standardise the heck out of everything.
I also need to return my uniform trousers, apparently I've gone down another size, I just hadn't noticed because I usually wear a belt.
And I need to sort out dinner arrangements, I was so hungry on the way home I couldn't resist the siren song of the kebab shop, and I am not earning kebab shop money at the moment!
See y'all tomorrow!

Starting the new week with slightly late morning exercises (I was tired so I had some extra sleep):-

Universal Warmup done,
50 Elbow Clicks done,
Scout done (3 sets with March Steps),
Day 8 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 16 of Epic Hold done,
Top to Bottom done,
Sore Feet done,
Wrist Pain done.

Apparently I hadn't quite finished my hospital job training (I guess weekend people get a little more because otherwise they would get less than half the training of the weekday people), but they did ask if I felt like I knew what I was doing and I said yes, so maybe next week I'll be starting properly.
See y'all tomorrow!

I missed yesterday, I was busy and just forgot I hadn't done my exercises until it was a bit too late in the day:-

Universal Warmup done,
10 Crunch Kicks done,
Tracer done (3 sets, with March Steps),
Day 9 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets, continuing with Storm Hammer, Wind Core and Sky Shield),
Day 17 of Epic Hold done (I will try to catch up at some point),
Neck done,
Happy Feet done,
Stapler done.

The weather is finally getting warmer, I'm going to have to start planning all that hiking I want to do, see y'all tomorrow!

Taking advantage of a lazy day to get extra sleep, so late morning exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Alt Arm/Leg Raises done,
Active Plank attempted (1 and a bit sets. Wrists were acting up while Planking today, and I can't hold an Elbow Plank and do other things as well),
Day 10 of House of the Valkyrie done (Earned my first feather!),
Day 18 of Epic Hold done (With a lot of breaks today!),
Fighter's Stretching done,
Footwork done,
Hand Tendons done.

The only job I've got to do today is buying some veggies for dinner (Spanish Chicken with Patatas Bravas tonight and a Sausage Coddle tomorrow), so I'm going to have a real good go at my hobbies today.
See y'all tomorrow!

@TopNotch - It does! But I'm not sure why it's called that, it's just a sausage casserole from Ireland.

Got to start getting up on time again, having some extra sleep on lazy days is nice, but it makes the mornings when I do have to be up and out early that little bit harder!
Anyways, exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
20 Count Tree Hold Pose done (Good balance again today),
7 Minute Legs done,
Day 11 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 19 of Epic Hold done (Didn't quite manage the full minute again but almost!),
Stretching For Runners done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Hand Mobility done.

Just got a work coach meeting today, but I've got a very busy weekend ahead (Got a stadium shift Saturday morning and some volunteering Sunday morning to do before my hospital job), so I want to get all of my usual weekend chores out of the way today too.
I will try and fit in some exercising over the weekend as well, but we will have to see (It would help if simply getting from A to B wasn't so time consuming, the woes of being a public transport user!). See y'all at some point!

Up early enough this morning to fit in some exercising, yay?

Universal Warmup done,
20 Side-to-Side Lunges with Toe Point done,
Cardio and Tone done (3 sets),
Day 12 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Days 20 and 21 of Epic Hold done (All caught up!),
Hips and Glutes Stretch done,
Sore Feet done,
Talk to the Hand done.

Didn't get as much done yesterday as I liked. Discovered a series of animated shorts on Youtube called You've Lost Ritsuka Fujimaru, it's based on a game I play, and so perfectly captures why I (And most people I'm guessing) play it (Watching legendary heroes and historical figures being wacky chaos gremlins and getting up to shenanigans), that I ended up binge watching the whole thing. They're only about 3 minutes long but there are about 80 episodes, so it ate up the whole afternoon.
Not much time to do anything else today except work, so I'll see y'all tomorrow maybe!

Missed yesterday, I was hoping to fit in some exercising between jobs, but didn't have the time in the end.
I got some extra sleep in today, so it's time for late morning exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
20 Climber Taps done,
Haywire done (3 sets, a low impact version though),
Day 13 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets, still doing Skyshield, Windcore and Stormhammer. Windcore may get dropped next time, it's getting very tough even with little breaks),
Days 22 and 23 of Epic Hold done (Needed lots of little breaks though),
Hamstring Mobility done,
Happy Feet done,
Keyboard Warrior done.

So much Planking today, my spindly little wrists aren't built for it!

The hospital job is going well, I don't have my own ward yet, but I am working solo now, which keeps me busy all shift.
See y'all tomorrow!

Afternoon exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
50 Calf Raises done,
Shieldbreaker done (3 sets with Knee Push-Ups and Crunches),
Day 14 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 24 of Epic Hold done (With breaks, my wrists are still sore from yesterday),
Hamstring Stretch done,
Footwork done,
Wrist Mobility done.

Not much to say about today, see y'all tomorrow!

More afternoon exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Knee-to-Elbows done,
Always Be Leveling done (3 sets, my Burpees were pretty poor but at least I tried this time!),
Day 15 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 25 of Epic Hold done,
Anchor done (Almost managed to keep my balance for the whole thing but not quite),
Ankle Recovery done,
Wrist Pain done.

Had trouble staying warm yesterday evening, so I ended up going to bed very early. Bit of a mistake as I had a very unsettled night from just being in bed too long.
If it gets cold tonight, I'll just have to suck it up and dig out a blanket or something!
See y'all tomorrow!

Don't know why it's so hard to get up on time on days when there's no real need to!
Anyways, exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Clench/Unclench done,
Extra Crunch done,
Day 16 of House of the Valkyrie done,
Day 26 of Epic Hold done,
Part 2 done,
Sore Feet done,
Stapler done.

A quiet chore day ahead, I just need to pop out this afternoon to see my work coach and do a little grocery shopping.
Making Beef and Cabbage for dinner, I'm trying out the plant-based "beef" mince we use at the community kitchen (It doesn't really taste of beef, but it is nice and, more importantly, a lot cheaper than the real thing!).
See y'all tomorrow!

@Lady Celerity - Well that's good to hear!

Up on time today, yay!
Exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
5 Tricep Extensions done,
Legs and Core done (3 sets. I'm curious if this workout's level 5 ranking is a typo or some terrifying exercise was removed!),
Day 17 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 27 of Epic Hold done,
Stronghold done,
Happy Feet done,
Hand Tendons done.

Housemate visiting day today, and then I'll have another try at making dinner. My work coach meeting ran late yesterday (You would think they would be happy with the jobs I've found so far, but nope, it's just made them more determined to get me into full-time work), and between that and having to go to the big supermarket for shopping (I needed a little bottle of red wine), I got home too late for any cooking, so dinner ended up being a very healthy and nutritious big bag of Doritos.
I've crammed the weekend full of work again, with a stadium and a care home shift before the regular hospital ones (I've possibly bitten off more than I can chew on Sunday, since the clocks go back then, it's going to make it a very long day :verysadkitty: ), so I'm not sure if I'll be able to fit in any exercising, but I'll be on my feet and moving all weekend, so that should count, at least a little.
See y'all eventually!

It's been a couple of days.
I did manage a little bit of exercising on Sunday (Not much because I was pretty zombiefied from the time change, plus it was about 5 in the morning), just Day 29 of Epic Hold and something off FitTap (I wanna say Squats).
Yesterday I got up very late and did pretty much nothing but finish off some shows I've been watching.
Today I'm aiming to get things back on track (Or at least try, I'm still very tired!):-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Back Fists (Replacement EotD) done,
Prime Shift (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 19 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets of Stormhammer and Skyshield, but only 1 of Windcore, so I'm dropping that one going forward),
Day 30 of Epic Hold done (All finished! I struggled quite a bit with this challenge, but I managed more full hold days than not, so I'm still taking the badge),
Everyday Stretching done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Hand Tendons done.

Got a fairly quiet week ahead, today it's just a work coach meeting (I wish I could go back to doing it via video call, but my current coach is big on face-to-face meetings), so I'm getting some chores done and making Chicken Pasanda for dinner.
See y'all tomorrow!

Still feeling tired (The time change has got me really bad this year), and now also queasy (The garlic bread flavoured crisps I ate last night have not agreed with me, and they were so tasty too! :vsad:), lets see how this whole exercise thing works out this morning:-

Universal Warmup done,
50 Squats (EotD) done,
Burn and Build (WotD) done (3 sets, a low impact version),
Day 20 of House of the Valkyrie done (Earned my second feather),
Day 1 of Action Hero done,
Sore Muscles Stretch done,
Sore Feet done,
Hand Mobility done.

I'm a little sad that I can't take part in the Treasure Hunt this year. I know I could change the High Knees into something a little quieter, but in group events like this it never feels fair to the people doing it "properly" (I also know this is 100% just me being silly).

Helping at the community cafe later, it's going to be my last bit of volunteer work for a while, the church is closing over April to have a lot of repair work done, I'm replacing it with other work though so I don't get to be lazy.
See y'all tomorrow!

I felt the same, but high knees were out for me. March steps are a perfectly acceptable alternative, approved by the Queen Bee herself! Come join us in the Tunnels.

Yes, come and join us! :welcome: You can always make them more demanding by doing a “knee-to-opposite-elbow” march, adding a little hop or calf raise with the foot that stays on the floor, or simply turning them into knee strikes or kicks.:gogogo:

@Encina @TopNotch - You've convinced me, I will join you on an adventure!

Still finding it hard to get up early when I don't need to, but I am slowly getting better at it, exercise time:-

Universal Warmup done,
50 Chest Expansions (Replacement EotD) done,
Sanctuary (WotD) done,
Day 21 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 2 of Action Hero done,
Full Body Stretching done,
Happy Feet done,
Talk to the Hand done.

Plus 100 Punches and 300 Front Kicks to reach the Tunnels in the Treasure Hunt.

Not much to do today except pick up some veggies (Tonight's dinner is Sausage Bake), hopefully this means I'll make some progress painting my minis.
See y'all tomorrow!

I had trouble getting on the website yesterday, so I did some of my emergency downloaded workouts:-

Universal Warmup done,
Overpowered done (3 sets),
The Workout I Needed Today done (3 sets),
Stretched done.

Things seem fine today though, so back to the regular stuff:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 High Knees March Steps (EotD) done,
Axis (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 22 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Days 3 and 4 of Action Hero done,
Chest and Lower Back Stretching done,
Footwork done,
Keyboard Warrior done.

Not much happened yesterday, I cooked some Honey and Mustard Chicken for dinner, and watched this weird new series I found on Youtube called 'The Glendale Archives', it's a found footage thing about the last man on Earth dealing with these zombie-like creatures, but that takes a back seat to him exploring, doing cooking demonstrations, having long, rambling talks about his life and generally just trying to combat the crushing loneliness of his situation, it's oddly fascinating.

Today, I'm aiming to get more chores done before I head off to work, see y'all tomorrow!

Missed yesterday, just couldn't fit any exercising in, making up for it today:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Shoulder Taps (EotD) done,
Cardio Party (WotD) done (3 sets, so much arm wriggling!),
Day 23 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets of Skyshield and Stormhammer),
Days 5 and 6 of Action Hero done,
The Finisher done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Wrist Mobility done.

Still trying to figure out eating arrangements on my weekends, I thought I had it cracked with Breakfast > Light lunch > Late dinner made of leftovers, but the human body isn't meant to eat a plateful of sausages and pasta just before bed (at least mine isn't), I've got until Saturday to think it over though.
Work in a little bit and then the rest of the day is my own, see y'all tomorrow!

It's been a few days, I've been feeling very tired and low energy lately and thought I'd take the rest of the week off from the old exercising to see if that helped (It didn't).
While I try and figure that out, reckoned it was time to start working out again:-

Universal Warmup done,
20 Count Side Plank Hold (EotD) done,
All In (Replacement WotD) done (3 sets with Power Squats),
Day 24 of House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets),
Day 7 of Action Hero done,
Hips and Glutes Stretch done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Hand Tendons done (I think I need to do my hand exercises every day even if I don't do anything else, my poor fingers were so crunchy doing these today!)

I haven't been entirely lazy though, I finally did that walking route that starts near the Housemates care home, it was a lot of fun and I finally figured out how to get that stupid walking app working properly!

Gotta get better at wildlife photography, I saw so many animals on the walk (Including a very beautiful white deer), but it was only the sheep who would stay still long enough for me to get my phone out!
See y'all tomorrow!
