It's been a couple of days.
I did manage a little bit of exercising on Sunday (Not much because I was pretty zombiefied from the time change, plus it was about 5 in the morning), just Day 29 of
Epic Hold and something off FitTap (I wanna say Squats).
Yesterday I got up very late and did pretty much nothing but finish off some shows I've been watching.
Today I'm aiming to get things back on track (Or at least try, I'm still very tired!):-
Universal Warmup done,
30 Back Fists (Replacement EotD) done,
Prime Shift (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 19 of
House of the Valkyrie done (3 sets of Stormhammer and Skyshield, but only 1 of Windcore, so I'm dropping that one going forward),
Day 30 of
Epic Hold done (All finished! I struggled quite a bit with this challenge, but I managed more full hold days than not, so I'm still taking the badge),
Everyday Stretching done,
Ankle Recovery done,
Hand Tendons done.
Got a fairly quiet week ahead, today it's just a work coach meeting (I wish I could go back to doing it via video call, but my current coach is big on face-to-face meetings), so I'm getting some chores done and making
Chicken Pasanda for dinner.
