@graoumia and @DorothyMH, sorry for taking so long to answer; it was a busy weekend.

The 60 Days of Walking Program has a weekly pattern:
  • day 1: 60 min walk
  • day 2: 45 min walk + part 2
  • day 3: 45 min walk + part 2
  • day 4: 60 min walk
  • day 5: 45 min walk + part 2
  • day 6: 60 min walk
  • day 7: 90 min walk
Part 2 are circuits of 2 exercises, usually 20-30 reps each, and 2 minutes march steps or walking: 3/5/or7 sets with no rest. So, at level I (3 sets) about 10 min, level III (7 sets) about 20 min. Part 2 can be done right after the walk or later in the day.

All of that to say, the time commitment is roughly one hour per day for 6 days each week, and 90 minutes one day each week.

I hope that helps. I am enjoying the program.

@graoumia, i am doing well; thank you! I had never read 1984 until now. Orwell is a terrific writer. I read Animal Farm when i was a teen, and now i want to re-read it. One of my daughters and i are on the third year of our own 20th Century Classics Reading Challenge. We choose one book from each decade. The next on our list is Notes of A Native Son by James Baldwin. I am also starting My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She's Sorry by Fredrik Backman, which i picked up at a Little Free Library.

Glad to hear that. I read Animal farm when my son had to ready it for school, it is an interesting story. There is a new "book house" near my home, a small cottage made with wood with free books, i am planning to go and look for it soon. But i plan to read The Declaration of the Rights of Woman and of the Female Citizen as my son will have his french exam on it, to help him get prepared.

Yes, this is what we call "Little Free Libraries." I love them! I keep telling my son-in-law, who is a carpenter and cabinet maker, that i want him to build one for me to put in my yard; I have so many books to share!
